L.E.D. strobe lights mounted in the rear of the unit.  Impeller      32" diameter with 6 gusseted blades which are constructed of abrasive resistant T-1 steel with a Brinell hardness exceeding 400. The impeller is completely stress relieved via Bonal stress relief technology to eliminate weld cracking and weld distortion for the highest structural integrity possible. This makes for the strongest and longest lasting impeller on the market.  Impeller Shaft    2.25" diameter.  Blower Housing     17-degree exhaust. Outer housing is constructed of 10 gauge welded steel, front and back plates are 7-gauge steel. Inspection/clean out door is located on face to facilitate convenient inspection of internal contents or condition. A safety kill switch is located on the door to shut down the engine when the door is opened.  Liners        Slip-in style which requires no bolts. Made of ¼" abrasive resistant steel.  Suction Inlet      Located on curbside of unit using barrel style inlet, which allows the hose to swivel left or right with ease and allows the hose to be locked in the traveling position without opening the housing.  CFM          22,000  Intake Hose       16" diameter x 120" long. Heavy duty wire reinforced 3/8" thick flexible rubber hose.  Hose Boom       Boom is constructed of welded rectangular tubing and swivels on two 1.5" diameter bearings. The boom is hydraulically controlled with an electric operated hydraulic pump. Hydraulic cylinder is 1.5" diameter, 12" minimum stroke.  Boom Controls       100% waterproof marine-style switch located on the intake nozzle.  Hoist Hydraulics       Gear driven hydraulic pump connected directly to the engine. Control valve for hoist is located in the front of the unit for easy access.  Dumping Hoist       Uses a Crysteel scissor style hoist capable of dumping 32,000 pounds for the 14CY, 40,000 pounds for the 20 CY and 45,000 pounds for the 25 and 30 CY units.  Box Container       self-dumping container constructed of 12-gauge steel with vented top and side hinge rear doors that lock in the open position for dumping. Available in 14, 20, 25 and 30 cubic yard capacities.  Vented Top Screens       Easily removable ½" expanded steel mesh screens are located on the top of the box container. Two screens for the 14 & 20 CY units and three screens for the 25 & 30 CY units.  Fuel Tank        30 gallon capacity fuel tank manufactured of ¼" thick roto-molded polyethylene.  Empty Weight       14 CY-7,000 pounds; 20CY-7,900 pounds; 25 CY-8,500 pounds, 30CY-9000 pounds.  Gross Weight       14CY - 16,000 pounds; 20 CY-18,000/20,000 pounds; 25 and 30CY- 24,000/27,000 pounds. -->  Paint      All metal parts are thoroughly cleaned, primed, painted and dried before assembly.
